This is an expensive and insanely hilarious prank, if it’s true.
Edit: Fake, most likely. Though the car part would be a reasonably cheap and easy prank if you wanted to prank someone who can take it. You can snag shitty ones for like $80-$90. So here’s a funny Nick Offerman segment about merging on the highway -

Apparently OP is a fraud, acccording to one poster, due to his comment history.

If this was true, it’d be one of the most expensive pranks in history.
Also, they gave a little too much detail about the number and size of the mattresses for me to believe they’re being honest.

How could he count the number of mattresses if they so effectively filled the space?

Does he not own a camera phone, I’d assumed if this was real there would be a pic of the car. A picture is worth a 1000 words of sympathy from internet commenters.

Dorms are small but I fail to see how 8 foam mattresses could fill one to the point you couldn’t get the door open.

How would the person escape the mattress room?

They take 20-30 minutes to expand, and if you dont actually unroll it it’ll take even longer. So they could have dropped them in the room, cut them out of the vacuum bag, and left immediately.
